Create a website – contest rules:
Size: Total file size including images, scripts & markup can’t be over 10K (formerly, 5K) zipped.
Libraries: Use the approved list of libraries without it counting against your 10K.
Standards: We encourage HTML5, and apps must work equally well in IE10 PP2, Firefox & a Webkit browser.
Responsiveness: Applications need to be responsive.
